Xuchang Huxue Wheat Flour Co., Ltd. is the mainstay of the group, which was founded in 1986 and was reformed into stockholding corporation in 1999. At present, its daily total processing capacity is 1,100 tons (owning three modernized and advanced flour production lines). It is a national large-scale private flour enterprise and ranks top in Henan Province even in the whole country. The ‘Huxue’ brand flour has produced nearly 30 varieties of ordinary, special and functional series, which are sold throughout China and exported to South Korea, Hong Kong and Thailand, etc. and has reached the intent of exporting to Russia, Mongolia and Europe. It is the raw material supplier of national large-middle-scale food processing enterprises and commodity supplier of large-scale chain supermarkets.
Henan Huxue Food Co., Ltd is a top grade biscuit enterprise that was founded in Sept., 2006 in order to lengthen product processing chain and improve the added value of product, owning six top grade biscuit production lines at present with 150 tons daily production. After 12 planned production lines are completed and put into production, the annual output will reach 600 million yuan, which will make the company the biggest in Henan and the well-known biscuit production base in China.
Huxue Lake Snow Cake Chain Co., Ltd. is a production base built for the experiment and promotion of the company’s new varieties. At present, it has 7 chain shops and 3 franchisees in Xuchang. The Lake Snow brand moon cake produced by the company was awarded the title of Henan Famous Cake in 2006. The general shop has also been appraised as 4-star cake shop by Henan Bake Professional Association in 2007.
Special Wheat Flour Engineering Technology Research Center is the only Special Wheat Flour Research Engineering Technology Center in Henan province. It not only provides the enterprise with the technical service of special wheat flour production and processing, but also provides the technical support and service to the wheat flour making industry in and outside the province.

As for the wheat flour processing, the area of plantation base has been developed to 2 million mu and 800,000 farmers have been involved; the daily processing capacity reaches 2,500-3,500 tons and the annual wheat flour production is 1 million tons through the ways of merger, consolidation, reorganization and labeling.
In the aspects of byproduct utilization, intensive economy and circular economy, the first thing is to speed up the construction of wheat embryo and embryo oil projects, develop functional healthcare food, increase the added value and technological content of products and improve the overall benefit. The second is to push the construction of wheat bran washing project, fulfill the maximum utilization and added value of byproduct wheat bran and realize resource saving and circulated utilization. The third is to speed up the research on wheat active albumen separation technology and break up the bottleneck that wheat quality restrains the production of special wheat flour. The fourth is to actively bring the function of engineering technology research center into full play, improve the technology innovation ability and speed up the extension application and industrialization progress of new technologies and new products. In 2011, the Group is expected to employ 15,000 employees, with annual production value of 7 billion yuan, annual profit tax of1 billion yuan, tax payment 500 million yuan.
